Returns & Refunds

We have a very simple returns policy.

For the majority of items, if for any reason you don't like the item you purchased, return it to us unused in its original packaging within 30 days and we will refund your payment in full.

Items that can't be returned

Perishable items - you won't usually be able to return an item if it's perishable. This includes food.
Made to order - if an item has been made to order or personalised, it's very unlikely that you'll be able to return it.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
